ProFL vacation rentals SCAM..more ways than one, Internet

My husband and I rented a 3 BR home with private pool in Windsor Hills from ProVacation rentals Oct. 20, 2010 for the month of February 2011. Our contact was Raquel D'Saronno. 
Our troubles began as soon as the deposit was received. We placed the $500.00 on our credit card and not long afterwards, there was another $500.00 charge on our card from the same company. When I inquired about the second charge, I was informed by Liz - "If you have such charges, I recommend that you call your credit card sompany and dispute the charges right away so you may received your credit right away. We have not charge from here that amount or any other". Our credit card company cleared the matter.
The amount "paid in full" was mailed by check to ProFlorida on 11-23-2010 and cleared our bank. The contract agreement stated "Your vacation address is: To be provided when the balance is paid." ProFL rentals would not answer any of our phone calls and when we e mailed our complaint, we were told we could cancel if we wanted and told me I could "file whatever complaints you feel the need to. Make sure you let them know that you are having problems with your mail because it is very clear it has been sent from here" This was an e mail received on 1/19/2011.  We had also been told in a 1-11-2011 that "Your final paperwork was mail to you already just a few days ago."
We finally received our address and entry code on January 24, 2011 - only to find out - this was not the listing we had orginally rented. This was totally different lisint in a different location.  Of course, we could not contact Pro FL by phone as they would not answer and were due to leave in a week.
We have since had an additional charge of $900.00 placed on our credit card, only to be told by ProFlorida that they did not make any charges to our card. Our credit card company is investigating.
I have also noticed the address for ProFL vacation rentals has changed since our first contact. The first address was 4769 W. Vine St., Ste B, Kissimmee, FL. and is now 8297 Champions Gate Blvd., Ste 34B, Champions Gate, FL.
DO NOT deal with these people
