Ronald Lesly Scam Stating Overpayment and Forward Payment via Western Union London Internet

Ronald Lesly is at it again!  The same scam was attempted with our vacation rental as that described in the other reporting.

He inquired to rent our vacation rental:
"Hello,

i like to confirm if this house is available from November 12th-19th or any one week in October as my date is flexible,
i am interested in having it for a vacation.
we are group of three Adults. hope to have your response ASAP.

Ronald"

We replied with rates and he agreed to rent:
 
"I am interested in the house from Oct 23rd-30th, i will need
your Full Name, Address, Phone Number  and Total Amount so that the
check will be issued and mailed out from the company since they are
sponsoring this vacation payment will be made in US dollars.(please no
P.O Box), so that UPS wont find it difficult to deliver the check to
you."

One week later he confirms that his company has issued a check:

"I got a confirmation from head office that the check has been sent to

you but their is a little problem,the car rental fee was included in the home rental

amount that was sent to you,please i will need you to do me a favour, help me send the balance of the check as soon as you cash it to the car rental service via western union or money gram so my movement can be arranged as soon as they get the money to make my trip a success, the car rental service are to pick me from the

airport and take care of all my movement around and through out my

stay. do you know any western union or money gram around you?"

I suspected it to be a scam and requested the name and contact information of the car rental company to coordinate payment through other methods. 

Ronaly Lesly never replied back and likely moved on to the next victim.
