Timeshare Counsel told me that they could get me out of my timeshare and get my money back Internet

I was contacted by phone by Timeshare Counsel. they told me that they would get me out of my timeshare and get my money back for only $399. They told me to stop the automatic draft I had set up for payment, which I did.

I paid them and talked to them a few times then I haven't heard from them in a while.

I receiveda letter from Crown Park telling me that they were selling my timeshare on the square and I had to contact them.

I contacted timeshare counsel since they are my counsel.  they told me not to worry because they wouldn't do anything.

I was trying to refinance my house when I found out that Crown Park/Orange Lake had foreclosed on the timeshare and now it's on my credit.
