VRBO needs to have complaint department and know what is happening. VRBO Rental Los Barriles Mexico

We recently stayed @ a VRBO in Los Barriles Mexico. I think it would be a good idea for VRBO to have a complaint department as that what some person state they are renting is to put it nicely a lie . Make sure you ask several question before renting as some of the VRBO person are not truth full. Nothing personal about the lady that rented to us but we were there 3 weeks and unknown till there was a coffee can on the washer there was a charge for the laundry for our towels and bedding even. Just please be honest. Tell us what you do and dont have I am not that picky I like to camp but I dont do dishes in the bathroom sink .There was a charge for laundry we were not told about until there was a coffee can on the washer when I went to do the laundry one day. The place was beyond words. We were not able to cook in the apartment no room ! I got shocked twice there was a short in the hot plate .It was not good refrigerator up stairs hard to prep and cook meals let alone do the dishes I boiled water in a hot pot to rinse them off needless to say we ate out most of the time. The renter person was nice and I did not want to hurt her feeling but trust me I very much doubt anyone would rent this place more than once. I did not think 825 a month was that cheap for what we got. And all negative feed back gets taken off of the comment list so no way to alert others as what to expect. Thanks for listening. My other two friend rented from VRBO and there places were good. Glad they were there so we could have meals with them and wash dishes in a kitchen sink.
