I have received in the two letter's stating I have won in one was 1,900,000.00 and in the  other one1,400,000.00 .they want me too send 19.99 too Po box 9002 Levittown Ny  11756 and if I did not do so with in 13 day I would give up my right to the money there is no phone number or email to respond to just the Po box

As I would bet my eyes..that if you really had $1,900,000.00 coming, they would not be needing your $19.99 to be sent to collect. It would be done in some kind of office with media attention etc..

The thing is..if they send this scam out to a couple hundred thousand people..and only a few percent fall for it, they still stand to make a tidy profit..since they deliver nothing in return. Hard to believe some would send money to an unknown PO box on this kind of premise..but it happens.
