PROLINE FINANCIAL SENT CHECK FOR 2,300.70 FOR ADMINISTRATION FEES FOR MY PRIZE OF 82,000 Woodbridge Ontario

I as another report stated recieved this letter (with a check) on 10/21/07 telling me that I had won a contest as of 10/5/07 in Las Vegas. I have never been and do not fill out "Publisher Seepstakes" offers.

First thing I noticed was that there are 3 seperate addresses for same company one in Texas (a p.o. box) one in Canada and one on the bottom of the letter I have no idea where? What I also noticed was that the "President" of Proline Financial signed my letter but name was not printed. Was very suspicious and when I tried to contact the number I recieved a recording telling me of the hours and that all of there represetatives were busy helping others and to please hold. I am another person who really could use a helping hand and could not survive a fleecing by con artists.
