Shoppers Point of Sales Sweepstakes Shopers Direct $3,950 check Las Vegas, Nevada

I received a letter stating I won a sweepstakes out of London England for a frequent shoppers point of sale.  Problem is I dont do those shoppers programs and have never been to London.  It satated the total cash prize to be split among 20 winners in the US, Uk and Canada was $1,300,000. My cut was to be $65,000 and that I was recieving a partical payment of $3,950 but that I must call to activate the check before depositing.  The thing that made me really question this was that the check was from M&T bank in MD, the company was out of NV and it was mailed out of Canada.

Please make sure when you get stuff like this you research it.  Times are hard and I know being unemployed and loosing my UE right now I would have loved $3K but I got caught up in a business scam like this years ago and it cost me over $4K in bank issues and I never got a resolve from the FBI or any government agency to catch these people. They are praying on the places where unemployment is high so make sure you head to the internet. Its the best place to find these scams.
