I received by mail a check for the amount of $3800.00. The letter stated that I was one of the third catagory winners of a Lottery Draw held on February 16th, 2007. This is the second notice in the last six months.

THIS RIPOFF SAID = I was to contact the tax agent: Joyce Armstrong at 3474 Johnson Rd in Calgary, AB Canada and send $2885.00 by Moneygram or Western Union to cover the Tax Clearance Fee. Also listed is: assigned claims agent Nicole Redman.

I see that I am not the only person to receive this, but the phone # is different, and the check was from COVETTE (not Corvette) COUNTRY AUSTIN LTD. in Austin, Texas.

DO NOT CASH THIS CHECK - RIPP IT UP!
