BigDuffles.com ripoff Horrible cheap products and no refund issued Internet

I bought a BIG duffel bag from these guys to help with college packing, and it was so cheap that the zippers POPPED OFF and I was not able to get them back on the track (which was *plastic*). Their zippers depend on their sewing job to keep them together (which obviously wasn't good enough). On top of that, when I returned it for a refund, they NEVER issued it to me and they ignore my phone calls (I know this because when I did a follow-up call one day during their store hours, their machine said they weren't there... So I called with a cell phone and got through just a few minutes later.) and emails. Now I'm out $50, and I don't even have that horrible broken piece of merchandise.
