Colonial Williamsburg Hotel Hotel steals medication and jewelry from my guestroom, my moms room and a third party room and NOTHING is done about it! Williamsburg Virginia

I stayed at the Williamsburg Hotel at the beginning of March 2008 for a work event. My mother was there too staying in a different room and had medication missing when she went to take it in the morning. I called the front desk from the conference center building (as I did not have time to go all the way back to my room to put the "no not disturb" sign on my door) to tell them I did not want any one in my room to clean.

I did not get back to my room until late that night only to find the beds made, clean towels, and my fiancés expensive bracelet was missing!

I filed a report on my room and the number the front desk used to jot down a number for me happened to be a third party guest I did not know that had medication missing from his room! I found this out by accidentally calling the guy's number instead of the hotels written number on the back!

I have been calling the hotel and management daily since I left and no one will return my call.

I finally got a hold of the insurance representative at the hotel who told me that no one ever came in my room!

Now not only are they not taking responsibility but they are lying about the actions of their staff!

The worst part is I have talked to many different management personnel and ALL of them are a disgrace to the customer service and anger management should be implemented as I have received many loud phone calls!
