Super Bright Cleaning Vanessa Ruiz Very, Very, Very, RUDE Phone Representatives, Internet

I called 602-334-7237 which was the phone number listed in an ad in phoenix craigslist > west valley > services offered > household services for a company calling themselves "Super Bright Cleaning Service". I was shopping around for a house cleaning service. A man answered with a very heavy hispanic accent saying "Cleaning Service". I wanted to know more about the company and while their prices looked good, I didn't really see much information about them so, I asked the man if they had a website. Again, he said "Cleaning Service". He didn't seem to understand what I was saying so, I asked in spanish... "Tienes una pagina de web?" (Do you have a website?) ...he said "Yes... Cleaning Service!" I tried again and this time he put a lady on who spoke a little more english. She said... "Hello, Cleaning Service!" and I asked her if they had a website so I could find out a little more about them and she said... "Aaahhh, shut up, B*tch!" and she hung up. ... Well, I couldn't believe the response. It was like they were angry that I wanted to know more about them, like, they were hiding something. So, I called back. Actually, I called back 3 more times from other cell phones (because they didn't answer back from the number I was calling from) but, the rest of the times, I recorded the calls. ... You guessed it ... I got the same response except they recognized my voice and added... "NO MORE CALLING!" and hung up repeatedly. ... I don't know what they were trying to hide or why they were so angry BUT... I will never use "SUPER BRIGHT CLEANING" again. They are RUDE, INSULTING and UNEDUCATED (you're uneducated if you can't speak about business in the language most of your clients speak. I URGE YOU ALL NOT TO USE THEM EITHER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
