“The Maids home services” in Jacksonville ripoff, dishonest, price gouging, liar, trying to make a quick buck, no loyalty to good paying customers, scam …

Totally inadequate service, deceiving, unaccountable, disagreeable, careless, hid mistakes, did not handle the problem competently and the owner is disrespectful!!!

They failed to dust, clean the outside of the refrigerator, clean the bathroom toilet, mop the bathroom floor, clean the outside of the kitchen cabinets, clean the kitchen floor, remove cob webs, clean crumbs off of the stove, clean the living room, etc. The maids obviously are not being taught properly.

The floors were promised to be cleaned. At the time the floors had the appearance of clean, they were not. The miniblinds throughout the house... streaky and dirty. ..

Professional cleaning staff... not professional and failed to do their job. I just expected a clean house, that is what I was quoted for ..That is what I was expected.

By this time, I had already cleaned my house …. They are a rip-off!!

Hopefully this report will help out others when choosing a cleaning professional.
