You say to file a complaint but you never said why? All I know is they are now out of business, does that justify complaining? They probably went out of business because the senate judiciary committee recently passed the 1147 bill and it will soon be illegal for agoodcigarette to mail their products. If you want to complain to someone you missed the bus when you had your chance to complain about the bill.
