ALLOY ~ Mail Order Nightmare

On Jan6,2000, I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter, on Jan 31, 2000, I called to see where the shirt is, they said it was mailed out on the 20th of Jan. So I waited. On Feb 8,2000, I called, they said it was never sent out, so they said they will send it next day air, no charge to me, at my request, I said ok, On Feb10th, I called, it had NOT been sent out next day air, but I spoke with a supervisor who told me, She would send it out nextday air. Feb14th, no shirt, I called, no it had not been sent out as promised. so Adam said he would make sure it got sent out and credit my s&h, since no shipping or handling took place, he assured me, he would send it next day air(no cost to me) so, on the 16th, I thought I better call, to make sure it got sent. It had not, this time, I was told by Adam, that he talked to his supervisor, and that they decided, to have ONE person in the warehouse personally handle the shirt. and he would track with UPS, and send me tracking #. On the 16th, my 12 year old daughter, got a call from ALLOY (1 888-502-5569) they state that they did not have in her size, would she like another item, or to wait, she said she wants to wait. On the 17th of Feb. I called ALLOY, they said the shirt would go out, this week, and I would recieve it within the week. I was angry at this point, and asked for their address so I could send it to Better Business Bureau, they said they "do not have an address" I asked to speak to Adam, he also informed me that they do not "have an address" (I contacted the fire marshall) After consistently being lied to by ALLOY, I just hope NOBODY ever orders an item from this dishonest company, ever again.
