BMG Music Service Center the ripoff business that doesn’t give a dam tricked and lied to us victimized many consumers Indianapolis Indiana

BMG has not once replied to any emails I have ever sent them, I have been an online member with them for a year or two plus. My account balance is not accurate, when I e mail them as to the issues I do not get any response. I also have never been sent an e mail or reminder about the monthly feature selection, or anything else in that matter.

BMG does not recognize an e mail when they get one. I can see on the screen my account, I see my orders, my returns and my payments, I can add and subtract and I know what my account balance is, I owe them $21.76, they say I owe them $87.07.

BMG also takes upon themselves to make a payment to themselves from my account, even though I do not have a credit card or any other information listed in my online account for payment purposes, las t I knew I had to authorize a payment to be made with my credit card. They obviously do keep your credit card information on file and they take it upon themselves to make a payment to themselves, must be nice to get away with doing business this way.

I have sent two to three emails per day since last week, NOT ONE REPLY from them. The phone number is totally useless and I do not seem to be able to locate a fax number for them either. Does anyone out there have a fax number for them ??

I would not advise anyone to become a new member with BMG Music, you may be a atarget for them, and to those that have ever paid them with a credit card, WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS for self payments to BMG.

BMG may not target all members, but they do target some. This is not the first time with me either, but this is definetly the LAST.
