A short time ago I received a bill from CMS, supposedly for magazines that they say I ordered. I wrote on the invoice that I had never ordered or never received any magazines, and returned it to them. I never heard anymore from them, and I thought the matter was settled.

Today I received a phone call from a collection agency saying that CMS wanted 400.00+ to clear my account. At the time they say they were ordered, I didn't even live at the address they said they were ordered from. They also said they had my credit card number, when they were ordered.I don't even have a credit card, and haven't for quite a while.

I need to know what I can do to keep from having to pay for something that I never ordered and never received.
