This company failed to return my refund and I was told to return all the materials. All the material was returned on or about July of 07 per their instructions, after making one contact with some lady from this company. As of this date I have not heard anything from Family Marketing USA. I've made numberous phone calls with no answer, also faxed letters with no response.

Per the Post Office the company apparently moved with giving a farwarding aaddress.
