FedEx Kinko's ripoff Denied me a coporate account for my small business then stated she is proud to be Canadian Dallas Texas

I applied for a corporate account for my 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, the company told me that I was not a match for their business.....then started to say that she is proud to be a Canadian..and probably not even let me get any type of account..below is a copy of her email.and I am a business with a high need for their services....and we do have individual members...

Your rude email does not deserve a response. However, given your assumptions are misguided, I am only responding to set the record straight, as I am very proud to work for a company like FedEx. At initial glance, it appeared your request was directed to the wrong group. Our group offers discounts to individual members (mostly businesses) of organizations who have a high need for our services. What it sounds like your organization would benefit more, would be
sponsorship/donations - which is what we do with the Red Cross, etc..This is why I provided you the link to our community relations group that makes those decisions.

However, after your outrageous outburst, we need to seriously reconsider if we want our brand to affiliated with an organization that tolerates behavior such as yours.

Oh - and by the way - I am proud to be a Canadian.
