Ordered Sonic Hair Remover May 20/03,cheque in amount of $43.57 cashed May 28. Made several phone calls,said they didn't recieve my order, so had to send the copy of cancelled cheque.

Parcel finally arrived July 11/03. I sent item back on July 16 and have been trying since them to get my refund.

With all of the postage and phone calles it has cost me over $72.00 and still no refund.

Thousands have been ripped off by this company. My suggestion is to have the company charged with postal fraud,(collecting postage and no parcel) and they should be checked out to see if the government RECEIVED my donation of 2.64 for GST and $3.23 PST (which I want back)if not - another charge of tax evasion!

ALSO, people should be informed they are now operating under a different name "Cdn Mail Order Exchange Inc."
