I ordered a Hearing Aid for my deaf husband. When I told him about the order he was very glad and anticipated using a desperately needed Hearing Device for the first time. We waited & waited, but our order never arrived. We submitted our Order on 9-5-2003. It is now 11-25-2003, our check was cashed, but no show on our Order.

This is shameless and we are going to report them to the U.S. Postal Service for further investigation on mail fraud charges. Other victims should do the same!

Our advice: Never use a so-called company that has no telephone number in it advertising.
