J.D. Marvel Products Inc. Payment Processed for Undelivered Merchandise Hawkesbury Ontario

In July 2003, my mother ordered a couple of products from the J.D. Marvel Products catalogue and sent them a cheque . They processed the cheque on July 29th eventhough she had not received her order yet .

A couple of months went by and still she had not yet received her order . She had called their customer service line and was told that the products were on backorder and to expect to receive them at the end of October.

It is now the end of November and still she has not received her order . I e-mailed the company and told them to cancel the order and refund her money . To this day, she received neither the order or a refund .

I would really appreciate some assistance in retreiving my mother's money from these rip-off artists known as J.D. Marvel Products .
