Miracle Blade Should "Cut" Unfair Business Practices Charged for Order not Received Charged for Cancelled Same Rip Off dirt bags from ABslide rip-off Sylmar California

My checking account was charged for an order that I had cancelled, none the less, never even received. This has caused me to become overdrawn at my bank and I have been charged an additional 28.00 overdraft fee as a result of this company's mistake. When I called customer service to cancel my "impulse buy" the next day, I SPECIFIALLY asked the customer service representative to ensure that this would NOT BE taken out of my checking account. He advised me that it would be cancelled and the payment would NOT be processed. That was a month ago. I feel a month is plenty sufficient to track down any necessary paperwork and ensure that it is revoked.

This is my first attempt to purchase anything from a television promotion and probably my last. I have just called their careless-customer-service regarding this and they said they would be issuing me a check within one to two weeks. I was informed to fax my overdraft notice to them to the attention of a supervisor. This is unacceptable. I feel my monies should be returned as enthusiastically as they were taken.

I am very unhappy with this poor business practice and carelessness from this company. I am a single mother and I budget my monies to the dime. It is not fair that my family should have to pay for an inefficient mistake on their behalf, as well as muck up my banking records.
