We went to NetproPatches.com to purchase some embroidered patches.  I was a bit skeptical since they are in China.  Well I should have been after looking and numerous other company's for custom patches I found they were the cheapest.  Well so I thought.

They requested I pay them through western union after they emailed a sample.  Well I got the sample and paid $970 via WU.  Then I waited they said 5-8 days I waited for 3 weeks and never got anything I contacted the company and they only responded back with a canned response to wait for my order.  Well it has been 2 months now and still nothing from them. 

I did some checking on my end and the company is not even real.  So buyers beware! It was too good to be true.  And WU they wont help any once the money has been received.  So in total I got paid $2300 for my patches and learned a good lesson buy USA with someone you can reach on the phone.

Our company never do this for the customer. You should provide the reliable evidence to the public.

But, you lied to the public, our company is going to adopt the legal manner to protect our company's goodwill and right.

 

We are a  registered and reliable company, which is estimated for over 10 years. 

Also, we never receive the money via Western Union. We only accept the PayPal to collect the payment.

 

We believe this is a malicious slander of our competitor, because we provide the good service and low price. We believe smart consumers are not to be deceived by this malicious slander, since we provide free quote,free sample. Welcome to ask for advice.
