Seattle Coffee Company ,Bellezza Coffee Tea unauthorized transactions.it was suppose to be $25.00. they got that. Then got $38.95 twice without my permission. Evanston Illinois

My wife ordered 2 pounds of coffee 2 coffee mugs and 2 Stainless mugs from seattle coffee company for $25.00 flat fee.The next thing we knew they hit our bank account again without our consent 2 days later for $38.95.Then another company called Bellezza coffee&tea hit our account the next day for $38.95 also without our consent. We called the phone numbers On our bank statment for both companys. Different numbers but the same lady ansered both of them. She swore they were going to put our $77.90 back into our account in 7 days.

2 weeks has passed an no money.Called back to be told it was a mistake and they were working on it.We went to our bank today and custormer service filled out a cardholder dispute request form. She told us as long as you pursue the matter you will get your money back if you do not let it go past 90 days. We do not have to mess with those crooks any more our bank is doing it for us.
