SMC SMC JUST ANOTHER SCAM THERE EVERYWHERE I'M NOT TAKING IT ANYMORE Fontana California

I saw a commercial for SMC while I was in the hospital recovering from surgury,after returning home I phoned SMC and asked questions,they informed me that it would cost me 39.99 for 11 months I asked them why I had to pay this if I would be making them money,they informed me that this was a sign-up fee. I then straight out asked her if there would be any other charges after this 39.99 for 11 months,she replied "no" that this would be the only charge. A few days later I received a call from my assigned coach he had me convinced I would make tons of money and convinced me to sign up for an e-merchants account, I informed him I was skeptical about this because I diden't have much computer experience, he then informed me I would make more money online,and I would have 30 days to cancel it for a full refund. After receiving their kit, I read it from cover to cover only to learn that there would be an additional charge of 41.99 a year.keep in mind I asked this question outright on my very first call to SMC and was told there would be no additional charges.I then called SMC to inquire and was told that there was a yearly membership fee, I then informed them that this is not what I was told and that I was canceling my membership.I had 30 days.

To make a long story short they charged my credit card 776.00 only to refund me 119.43 and informed me that the web site for e-merchants for the amount of 501.00 was not refundable,this also is not what I was told. Informing them of this I requested to listen to the recorded conversations with their reps. and informed that this would prove that their reps. lied to me after being asked outright. I still have yet to hear those recorded conversations and keep being told that I need to call this # or that # or that I have to speak to this person or that person but nothing is ever accomplished.I was informed that they would send me approx. 800.00 in merchandise,but they would not refund my money.So, I now have merchandise I have no use for and a 657.00 credit card bill.I have had more then enough of these dishonest, deceitful,currupt companies and corperations.They need to be shut down never to business again.I also want to mention that I mailed, e-mailed, and or faxed everything SMC requested and have copies of all corespondent,s to and from SMC.

They also cost me an additional 62.60 in postal fees by informing me I had to send the kit back upon returning from the post office I phoned SMC to Inform them the kit was sent,they informed me I needed something in the kit before sending it back,I had to call then return to the post office to retrieve the package take out what I needed only to return to the post office to return the kit for an additional 31.30. SMC refused to reimburse me postage even though it was their error.
