SomethingsPhishy Kevin Titus Refused refund on DEAD FISH Riverview, Florida

I have been a tropical fish hobbist all my life, and I have moved into raising Discus as they are the Kings of Freshwater and trying to add more variety into the bloodline I currently have was the reason I tried SomethingsPhishy as they seemed to have nice Discus as well as several good reviews. And during the winter didn't want fish sent in from up north. As I reside in Tampa and found out after ordering the SomethingsPhishy is in Riverview all of 14 miles away I wanted to give them a try.

So I decieded to order 4 Discus just to be on the safe side and not go overboard with my first order from this company. The order was processed on January 17 and the fish sent out the evening of Januare 19, 2012. I recieved a followup email from Keith Titus that the order was out and was even given a tracking number not using the standard FedEx or UPS, he uses the USPS, and no I don't have anything against them, but they don't really care if something is lose. Anyway Friday came 1/20/12 and nothing no fish nothing on the traking just like it totally disappeared.

I kept Mr. Titus up to date on everything as well, so he knew I didn't get them. Finally Monday came Januray 23, 2012 at 12n here are the fish I made the postal carrier stand there while I opened the package 2 out of 4 are already dead, so I sent them back. Advised Mr. Titus of the situation and now he wants pictures, I sent him one of the two I tried to save but he refused to do anything but give me credit for one fish.

This is a breeder that should not be trusted, and according to his mailing instructions the fish have enough oxygen for 72 hours, well mine took 85 hours so you know all oxygen was gone water was at 70 too cold for Discus....

Word of advice stay away from him.
