I had to get angry to get them to cancel they offered evrything in the world to get me to stay.

Now Sept. 19 to October 19 TRIAL PERIOD??? Was Charged $15.99 which I thought would cover October 19th t0 November 19th. Was told that they charge after service is provided so they charged my card another $15.99.

I am out $9.99 for the scale, plus 2 months of $15.99 which equals $41.97. They say they refund the balance but will not credit the $5.00 account Balance.

WHERE IS THE TRIAL PERIOD??
