I've ordered a pair of sunglasses from the site www.sunglassspecialist.com on 28/06/2008 but after two months have not yet got them. My credit card is being charge for this. I have sent them numerous e-mails -the only way to contact them - asking them for a tracking number but they do not reply to me.....

File a credit card dispute immediately!!

Contact the host of the email address they are using, and forward your report,
ie: fraud@...abuse@....webmaster@

Also, check the domain registration to see if they are registered with GoDaddy or some other private registration service. If they are, run fast!! This is because if they dont want you knowing who they are, there is a reason!

And, from now on, before ordering anything online, do a quick check of the "contact us" information provided.

Be sure you see a listed business telephone # as well as a physical street address. If this information is not clearly displayed on the website, run fast!!
