I ordered the medical billing package from this company in October of 2000. First off, I did not receive the package for approx a month and then it was only half of it. I called numerous times and e-mailed the company for the other half.

I was so dissatisfied that I called and requested a refund. At that point i received the other half but was told that they were in business to make money not refund it. I am still trying to get my money back.

I have not even opened the disc that was sent to me. I will take them to small claims court if I have to and report them to the Better business Bureau and whoever else I need to. FOUR HUNDRED BUCKS is a lot of money nowadays!!!!!! Please help me get my money back !!!!
