I called the customer service number 1-800-757-1279 and told the customer service rep i did not order the product they told me i was not in their system to call back in 3 days. I called back spoke to a Maria she said she would cancel my information and that i would have no further charges. Well i was charged so called back they said there was no cancelation on file and said they would cancel it but i would be charged what was already charged on my account so i told them i would dispute the charge since i di not order or receive anything.
