I requested service and American Homeshield sent out,an unqualified service company to repair my toilet and sink. one service compant never even showed or called. The one that repaired or try to reapir the toilet, installed a low grade toilet that didnt even match the bathroom, being my wifes bathroom, and didnt even secure it to the floor.. it rocked back and forth..

the sink leak is still not repaired and they have sent out three service companies that didnt even show.. this is the ultimate rip off and im goinfg to sue. American Homeshield was contacted 22 times and each time I had to start all over again PLease do not get their contract
