They are the most disorganized bunch of idiots in the property preservation industry. I worked for them briefly as a sub-contractor. They screwed me out of $500 on a REO job we did. Now, I know its not alot of money but it's more the principle and the 'lack of' respect to the people actually doing the work.

They have been let go from every servicing company they have worked for and are down to only 1 REO service provider. They are constantly looking for subs to complete work, which most likely means, I'm not the only one to get screwed by them in some way.

This is just a warning to all sub-contractors in the property preservation industry to steer clear from these idiots. They are based out of Canton but 'attempt' to complete work in OH, PA and WV.

Buckeye Services Group is a real-estate preservation company with 29 combined years of experience in this field.  We also have a solid reputation with all of our clients.

We have always endeavored to compensate our contractors for all work performed even if there was an error that was the fault of our company or its staff.  However, we must follow strict guidelines as far as completing work orders from our clients that must be followed to the letter, or payment will be withheld or refused.




If you have an issue with our company please provide your name so that we can review the records and find out why you have been refused compensation.  We cannot do anything to resolve this issue when the only information we have is a dubious location and an uninformative “They screwed me out of $500 on a REO job we did.”

I did talk to the owner on many occasions. I asked him NUMEROUS times to explain why we weren't paid and he gave me no clear reason.

Ohh, and on the last call I made the owner told me that "if I want my money to sue him", then he hung up on me.

How is that for professionalism??

Trust me, these guys are a joke in this industry.
