After discussion with the Davis people in Bakersfield, they did not have the motive or opportunity to create the anonymous Craiglist and Rip Off Report postings, that defamed my character. My apologies to them.

Only Alan Hansen of Luxury Bath of Spokane, Luxury Bath of Boise and Luxury Bath of Reno, a bath remodeling company that sells tub liners, acrylic shower stalls and bases, tub-to-shower conversions, walk in safety tubs and assorted bath and shower remodeling projects, could have been responsible.

Alan Hansen had the motive and opportunity. Some of the items mentioned in the postings could have been known to known to no one other than Alan Hansen or his cronies at Luxury Bath USA. These postings were a direct response to my postings on http://www.luxurybathspokanesucks.com/ and Rip Off Report. Maybe his dismal opening in Boise contributed also.

Mr Hansen knows my accusations are true and that I have all the documentation to prove them.

Posting these defamatory libelous remarks are a despicable and cowardly act. Alan Hansen and everyone at Luxury Bath USA should be ashamed of him.

I regret posting this. I was employed by this company until June of 2009, and there was a dispute over sales commissions when I resigned which resulted in emotions rapidly mounting, and things were said out of anger instead of fact. I have been informed that Alan Hansen did not post the items I mentioned. It’s time to put this behind us, so – these matters are now resolved.
