Please watch out for this company, I call them for an estimated for fire system, but you know what they sent the tech out and start to do the work without our permission, OR LET US KNOW THE COST$$? ALL BUSINESS OWNER JUST BEWARED!!!

Without knowing which customer this is it is impossible to respond but we do need information from a site to GIVE a quote for service and it is possible that the customer ( ? ) could not provide the type, size or brand of system, so maybe we did sent a tech to the site to review equipment to provide him a quote. If our service tech DID perform an inspection on the customers system without permission then he should not have paid the bill, if one was even given to him at that time. If an invoice was sent to him from the office for payment he should have called and complained and we would have voided the invoice immediately! Our service business is based on REPEAT business not one shot deals. We have been in business over 34 years, since 1975, and you do not survive that long ripping customers off! If this person will contact us I will provide a FREE semi-annual inspection on his system period!
