Great Southern Srvices LLC Ionic Water Systems, They sold it at an over prices amount . They never , never told me that the maintenance to the filter and carbon would cost over 295.00 every year or more.... The employees that Undisclosed annual maintenance services mandatory to have warranty. Longwood , Florida

When they sold me the system ....they started at $6000.00  which  I was not spending .
 Little did I know the system was worth about 950.. to 1600.00.
He never mentioned that the system would require to have the filter and liquid carbons  services and  emptied  every  year. This would be a annual maintenance of over $225.00 to start.
 I would have not purchased the system if the salesman had been honest  about the service  needed  on a yearly schedule.   It is totally a rip off on their sales department.
I call in September and the rude  customer service  gal said only we can service it so  it will be $295.20  ow to keep it in warranty.
 !!!! $ 295.20  unbelievable.
