Presbyterian Home of South Carolina Gary Glenn - Maintenance Supervisor, I am filing this report based on Disabled Veterans - Mr. Gary Glenn used the Presbyterian Home account to purchase a HVAC unit for my disabled verterans. Once we contacted the manufacturer we were h Clinton, South Carolina

Mr. Gary Glenn at the Presbyterian Home of South Carolina is the maintenance supervisor at this location.  He used this company account to make a purchase for a resident of my client.  My client disabled veterans -Mr. L. Robinson had surgery.  He purchased a HVAC package, but he has a wood burner heater, hot water system, and gas pack.  All of these items are connected to the same unit.  Mr. Glenn came and worked 6 hours at Mr. Robinson resident and installed the HVAC unit that he purchased with our money and charged my client Mr. Robinson $600 for 6 hours. 

Then, when he left - he stated he would be coming back to complete the job.  Then, he called and stated that his truck was broken down, and I guess it still broken down, because he haven't been back to complete his work.  We called the manufacturer about the disconnect wood burner heater and hot water system that goes with HVAC not being connected, and this is when we found out that Mr. Gary Glenn had purchased our unit through his place of employment.  

The Manufacturer of HVAC stated that would walk Mr. Glenn through the process of completing the job.   We called for 3 months and left messages and never gotten an answer.  We have been workiing patiently trying to get our hot water heater, wood burn heater.   This disabled veterans can't be without hot water for that period time, upon having left knee quad repair. 

I would appreciate someone investigating Mr. Gary Glenn and putting a stop of him going around ripping elderly and disabled people off and not completing the work.   Mr. Robinson has since gotten his wood burning stove, gas pack, and water system updated, and it cost him $330.00.  We want Mr. Gary Glenn to pay that money back to Mr. L. Robinson immediately.
