ServPro They obverbilled me and lied to me about a phone conversation Norristown, Pennsylvania

I had flooding in my basement so I needed immediate attention.  I was not in a position to price shop for a service. My home owners insurance does not cover flooding.

9/8 - They came promptly, assessed the situation but were unable to give me an estimate as to the total cost. They said between $4 - $6 per square foot on the carpet removal and roughly $200 per day for the rental equipment.  They ripped up the carpeting and padding, pulled out some dry wall, sanitized the area and left a large dehumidifier with three air dryers.  They recommended the equipment stay for three days. They were there for one hour.

I was told to call within 24 hours. I called the following morning 9/9 I felt the area was dry and I asked  to have the equipment removed. They advised that they recommend 3 days and I agreed to sign off on 24 hours.  They said they could not get anyone out there on that day but they would send someone on 9/10.

9/10 - I placed four phone calls on 9/10 (8 AM, 10 AM, 2:50 PM and at 3:00 Kim called and said that I would not be billed past the first 24 hours. She assure me that she had noted that my firts phoine call cem in on 9/9. The bill arrived and I was charged for three days.  I called Kim and she has denied every saying this.  I was additonally charged for all misc disposal of carpeting, etc. etc, and 4 hours for set up and pick up.
