In early November 2001 I went to Built Right Homes, at 3520 East
Main St., Mesa, AZ to discuss with the Manager, a Mr Eugene Walsh, (No relation) the purchase of a manufactured home. On
9 Nov 2001 the manager requested a deposit of $100.00 as part
of the down payment.

A few days later I decided against the purchase and ask that my deposit be returned. Mr Walsh through had his secretary said that the deposit would not be returned, because it was a fee for his for his work. In all of our talks on the purchase of the manufactured home there was never a mentioned of a fee for his work. I have been ripped off.
