in the process of buying a house from cavco, the salesman fred garcia, made promises of fixing, repairing, and deducting money off of our house. he wants to put a small 8x4 deck on the back of the house, but we were told we could have a 15x20. he said he would knock off $3000.00 off of the house, and the next day, said he could only knock off $2000.00. he continually makes promises as to when the house will be ready, and says that the problem is out of his hands. i would not buy a home from this company, because if you do, you will be in cavco hell forever.
