DSH Housing Group/ Quality Wholesale Homes Deceptive Practices Irving Texas

I contacted DSH Housing in January of 2008. I was told that they offer guaranteed approval for housing with a certain percentage down. I have 3 small children living on a teacher salary and I need the housing after having to file bankruptcy due to an extended stay in the hospital (4 months). I had to move in with relatives and leave my better paying job just to stay above water for my children. I was told that I would be guaranteed financing and so I used my entire savings to put $5000.00 and was told that by March 31, 2008 I would have housing. It is now June 20, 2008 and I am still living with relatives and on my way to the streets. I contacted the president of DSH, which is Brock Henning, for a refund. I was put off for at least 1 - 2 weeks and then was told that I would be receiving a refund of 3800.00. After that was sent to me in writing I was then told some other "out of pocket" expenses were forgotten and that more would be withheld. I am not understanding why this is the case seeing that DSH is the one who could not get us approved but I still need somewhere for myself and my children and then the credit repair was for about 2 months through Peritus Credit and the score is still too low to qualify and last but not least, the house that we were contracting on is one that was already built and on the lot so no other expenses were incurred for our house. It was on closeout so no price hold should have applied. Since they were trying to sell this house instead of paying taxes and storage on it the price would have been decreasing not increasing. So my stupid question is why am I being charged 2000.00 for having the same BAD credit and increasing expenses on a house that you were discounting already? I say all of that to say that I would love to join your class action suit. They are just taking advantage of good trusting people who are already having a hard enough time in life. I really did not believe that I needed anymore help being broke and struggling but if I did, I can truly thank DSH Housing they definitely have come to my assistance in this case!!
