Greentree, Conseco Charged unreal interest rates Ripoff St Paul Minnesota

Purchased 16 x 80 mobile home almost 7 years ago. Requested payoff that had to be sent via fax. Received payoff fax approx. 3 days later. Went into shock when I saw payoff amount! Purchased home for approx. 29K. Payoff after almost 7 years is over $38K. Only $5.00 has gone to principle balance as of 12/31/06.

We were planning on selling mobile home with some acreage. After seeing payoff amount there is no way we could possible sell with current payoff amount. Total financed amount is over $107,000! This is highway robbery!

Something needs to be done about Greentree. It was Conseco when we first purchased home then was bought by Greentree. Someone please help us and others in our situation!
