We purchased a modular home from Randall Geiger through Palm Harbor homes in April of 2006. Since that time we have had nothing but problems. The home was on-site the first week of June 2006 and we did not move in until November, because of all of the problems. We had raw sewage smells until about 6 weeks ago, and the marriage wall is separating. I could go on and on, but NEVER buy from Palm Harbor or Discovery Custom Homes.
