In May of 2008 I signed a contract with Quality Wholesale Homes, and DHI(also owned by Devon Howard) to purchase a home for myself and my 3 children with a down payment of $22,500.00. Chris Howard was my agent (son of Devon Howard).

I packed my 3 children and I up and relocated to St. George Ut. where I was renting a house that they said 6 months of rent would go towards the purchase of my new home after they were supposedly fixing my credit through Peritus Financial. Everything and everyone seemed GREAT!

Well 6 months went by with little to no communication from anyone in that office. So I wrote a certified letter to chris demanding my money back he said No we dont give refunds! Then he had his dad talk to me and he suckered me in to keep on going with the deal. I realize now 8 months later i was suckered in again!

To make a long frustraiting story short there was little to no communication so I quit payin them rent I figure if they have that much money and all I have is a pink piece of bogus paper (contract) and now there phones are shut off,business is changed,and I cant get a hold of Chris on his personal cell phone they have been paid rent untill I get my money back!

Now the dirty crooks are tyring to evict me. When I told who they had call me to tell me they were going to evict me why i wasnt paying he tryed to tell me that quality wholesale and DHI were seperate companys.I told him they are owned by the same person(Devon howard) and it is crap i want my money back!! They still sent the eviction notice. I want these guys stopped and everyone warned that no matter what buisness they are in they are liars and thieves! Everyone who has been ripped off by these crooks lets take a stand together and get them out of business forever!
