Black and Decker in Miami Florida recalled some of their toasters they said to cut of part of the cord and mail it to them
they would send you $30.00 u.s.on receipt of this cord
no monies arrived so we called them well they do not deal with Canada toasters even thoough they recalled them.Canada does not make toasters but Miami tell us to phone a toll free number we find out this number is in Thialand they say they will send us $20.00 canadian they then say they don't know if we sent the piece of cord Black and Decker say it has nothing to do with them
we are screwed I won't buy another Black and Decker product
ever again and hope some of you out there won't either
