Ron Moore of Custom Engineered Products in Santa Ana, Ca contracted me to provide electroless nickel plating on parts he supplied to me.  The total bill was $10,357.04 dating back to June 20, 2008.  He made two payments, one for $2,210 on September 10, 2008 and one for $3,000 on January 28, 2009.  After repeated phone calls he wrote me another check, check #1825 for $1,000 on July 3, 2009.  This check was returned to me NSF.  Then the promises started, then failed, then started, then failed.  I have left numerous phone calls for him and have heard nothing. I am now turning over his account to a very agressive collections firm to secure the monies owed to me.  I will not let this go!!!

The case and discovery has gone on for a year.  We have seen thousands and thousands of dollars spent on Moore's behalf by the Cohen's...the are they real ripoffs behind Moore. Ron Moore sold us parts where he did not pay for chem processes and his sub-contractor is going to sue us.  He also tried to sell us stolen parts and when we called the military contractor the certs were made out to they told us he had stolen the parts from them and they had sued for conversion and fraud.

Mr. Moore and I have agreed on settlement of his account and he is now
in good standing with Elite Metal Finishing.  For the record, I did not post the
comment about stolen parts and this should be removed from the record.

Elite metal finishing had only 2 contracts. These two contracts totaled
only $7650.00.  during the process the customer rejected the finish on
a portion of the product. with the returns and remakes the accounting
got out of sorts. Elite has been setteled. Elite has done other jobs
with Custom Engineered Products that went well in all aspects. Any
further updates are purely SPAM by Robert Prestwood a international
criminal as well as a bumbling business man. He has been evicted from
every place he has ever lived or rented personally and professionally.
He even ripped off his own sister Pam Miksell for her half of the
estate when the mother passed away. Currently he works for Bank Of America
in Mission Viejo California as a loan broker, if he owes you money garnish him there
additionally he is attempting to file another fraudelant bankruptcy, his 341 hearing
is scheduled for march 8th 2011, his attorney is Hornbuckle in Newport Beach ca
get added to his debt list now (this list is long).

i am writing this to counter the constant input from robert prestwood
international criminal and scam artist. i have discovered all of his lies
and scams that he has done to his family and other businesses. he is on this
site trying to cause me grief because he is aware of the actions that are coming
his way in the court room. i have sucessfully ended his effort to sue me in court
due to a settlement that the president of Aerologistics signed to avoid personal

Moore who has a dishonorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force who now makes his living stealing parts made by U.S. Air Force contractors.  Ron's company CUSTOM ENGINEERED PRODUCTS has partnered with Jonathan Scott Cohen a debarred Department of Defence contractor also uses the convicted drug dealers attorney Andrew Weiss who is being debarred for fraud in Orange County Superion Court in California.  Ron L. Moore of Irvine, California is also a convicted armed robber.  Their attorney Andrew Weiss's entire legal practice is devoted to keeping Cohen and Moore out of jail and helping them keep their illgoten and stolen property.

Federal Judge rules in favor of Ron Moore

i hope that everyone reading these reports gets down to this response.  what you are witnessing in these reports is nothing more than internet terrorism.  on this site you can claim to be anybody you want and say what ever you want with impunity.  the author of all these reports is Robert Milton Prestwood.  Prestwood has lost major litigation and now owes me more than 95000.00 dollars in a judgement handed down in Federal Court  case number 8:10-bk-27487-TA  in it Judge Albert wrote that Prestwood is liable to me for Malicious prosecution in a case styled Aerologistics VS. Moore in which the companys own President was unaware on any litigation.  Prestwood is a con-man and scam artist.  His recent bankruptcy (1 of at least 5 he has filed) was full of fraud and littered with a graveyard of failed corporations.  Prestwood is a international wire fraud crook defrauding numerous companys around the world in a elaborate aircraft parts scheme were he took deposits for parts he never really had.  he is purposely and continually filing ripoff reports against me claiming to be other companys or people.  this is simply revenge from a near 60yr old man that hit a major road block when he ran into me.  bob i know you read these reponses and i  want you to know NOTHING will stop me from collecting every penny and i will be at every new BK hearing you attempt additionally i will lien every lawsuit you start (there are at least 3 going at the time of this writing).  Anybody who is a victim of prestwood who would like some information may contact me via email.  Additional actions will be taken in the future but i have a Judgement in hand and want to collect this first.  Anybody who reads these reports and has questions please email me so we can discuss.
