My name is Danielle S. Baumgart, Vice President of First Priority Manufacturing Inc.

I was sad, but to say not completely suprised by the listing of my company in your database, as I was threatened with this action. I understand and respect the need for a site as yours, and do not disagree with every clients right to express their dissatifaction. I do however disagree with the ability to print and publish false misleading acusations in the name of consumer protection. So with that said, I appreciate your offer of this rebuttal.

First Priority Manufacturing Inc., a sister company to Priority One Nutritional Supplement , Inc., has been in business since 1987, we take all complaints seriously. In the situation described in your complaint, what the consumer failed to relay is such client, had canceled her purchase order in the middle of production, due to finding a better price, then when she was told she must except her signed purchase she charged back the product. We have signed documents, and shipping records attesting to the fact that we not only were within our 6 to 8 weeks production time that is stated on her signed purchase order, but that we were in contact with her via email, and phone, during this time.

It is a sad commentary, when someone allows unprofessionalism to cloud their reason, and ability to determin the facts.

When a client is abusive in speach and is derogatory in their demeaner to my employees, yes unfortunately your phone calls will not be returned after awhile.
