Future Steel Buildings, Future Sales Corporation did not honor agreement to send insulation and connectors. Markham Ontario Canada

I purchased a Future Steel Building in August 2008. In the negotiation of purchase price, I asked the salesman, Robert Gold, to include insulation and connectors. All Other accessories that came with the building were negotiated after the agreed upon purchased price.

Before shipment I ask about the insulation and connectors. Saleman stated that it would not be included with shipment of the building, because of a back log of suppliers used by Future Steel, the insulation would come two weeks to a month after the orignal shipment. He also stated that the insulation would not be on the paperwork I was receiving momentarily but previous to the shipment of insulation.

I not only inquired about the insulation before shipment of buliding, but several times afterwards. As of this date the insulation and the connectors have not come.

After writing to the Director of Future Sales Corporation, Mr. Aitioro, and communicating with their Counsel, Mr. Navarrete, I have never received what was orignally promised to me.
