Metal Structures LLC I installed a building @ the direction of Metal Structures and they will not pay me, even tho i put out money out of my own pocket. METAL STRUCTURES LLC WONT PAY THEIR INSTALLERS!! Dade City, Florida

I recently took a job installing a building for Metal Structures LLC, 10205, Dade City, FL. 33525  . I had a new(green) crew with me but was assured by the Project Coordinator (Joe )that it would be fine.On the fourth day of the installation i had an emergency @ home and had to leave suddenly, i rushed home and took my fiance to the hospital and returned to the job later that afternoon @ which time i was told by the Project manager that i needed to just go back home because the crew was already headed back to the shop. I did so.The next day via txt message i was told not to come to the job site, i did not. I finally got someone on the phone two days later and was told that i would be reimbersed and paid for the job on the 26th of August because there had been some minor damage to 2 pieces of the metal sheeting it was going to take the extra week because of the metal being shipped. I have over $800.00 dollars in hotel rooms,food,fuel, tools,etc involved out of my own pocket, not to mention the time involved working. METAL STRUCTURES LLC, now wont return my calls, or pay me for my services or reimburse me for expenses. METAL STRUCTURES LLC has received payment and paid the other members of my crew but will not pay me for the work i have done. I am now in a financial bind because i used my savings account to do this job for METAL STRUCTURES LLC, my fiance hasnt been able to work because of the emergency procedure that she had to endure, and what makes it worse is they know of this and they continue to ignore my telephone calls! ARE THESE PEOPLE HUMAN?! I had heard from another installer that METAL STRUCTURES LLC were shady but didnt think about it because i had known the Project Manager in a personal capacity and didnt think he was that type of person. Boy was i wrong! I am now forced to go to court,and hopefully recover some of my money! Do yourself a favor and stay away from METAL STRUCTURES LLC!
