This is the same individual who operated under another name before. He takes orders for equipment such as pressure washers. He charges the customer's credit card and fails to ship. When the customers catch up to him he skips and starts over. Meanwhile he gets to keep the cash from the credit card.

He also takes checks. He operated in Kent, WA before but I can't remember the name.

Newaukum Cleaning systems was a ligitiment company. The Company fell into bankruptcy when their suppliers went out of business. That is the reason there was very little product.

The company you refer to in the latter part of your statment was in business for over 15 years, so I'm not sure how a company could be scamming people like that for so long without someone noticing.

All of the customers did either recieve equipment or their money back.

Don Emerson was NOT scamming anyone!
