Rinehart Tractor and Supply LLC Did not honer agreement Salley, South Carolina

I purchased a new McCormick CT50U tractor with bucket and backhoe from Rinehart Tractor & Supply LLC  $30,764.45 what arrived was a new CT50U tractor with a used Bull Dog backhoe paint over rust,broken and dry rot seat and boot seals, grease & dirt under oil filter, contacted Darlene Rinehart she offered to send parts for repair I said I expected a new back hoe fitting and working on my CT50U option#2 a McCormick backhoe credit plus $5753 & bucket I said fine but am not responsible for shipping since I paid $1100.00 already I sent a check for the total now I am on hook for $10,300.00  after the check cleared and was cashed by Rinehart Tractor &supply What arrived was a McCormick MH76 with sub frame during in the December installation by a McCormick Dealer in Vermont found the Backhoe and sub frame did not fit contacted McCormick they confirmed MH76 does not fit contacted John Rinehart claims McCormick made the mistake new McCormick MH86 on order sub frame not available until mid April returned the MH76 to John Rinehart he refused to pay for return contacted Doug Rehor CEO McCormick about poor customer relations he agreed to pay for shipping. John Rinehart said I owed him $2805.00 he said for the difference between H76 & MH86 I contested this as I had a copy of the original order from Rinehart Tractor and McCormick for a MH86 backhoe / and MCW-722 24 in bucket heavy duty. John Rinehart refused to send the MH86 he claimed I own the MH76 and he would send it back to me. John you never supplied the ordered equipment. John Rinehart claims the $2805.00 is for return of the Bull Dog backhoe/WRONG I paid him only to get this 11 month nightmare over with  I had to purchase a 14in bucket $571.00 as the 24 inch ordered is not available for 4weeks
